Location: Greatworth, OX17 2HL
Job Type: Full-time / Contract
Pay Rate: £12.84 - £15.19 per hour (DOE)
Start Date: Immediate start available

The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to join a busy construction site based in Greatworth (OX17 2HL). This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work on a well-managed project with a reputable team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out drainage works (deep and shallow)
• Kerbing, edging, and paving/slab laying
• Excavation and trenching
• Concrete works including foundations and footings
• Assisting plant operators and general site duties
• Maintaining high health & safety standards on site

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Groundworker
• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• Additional tickets such as CPCS/NPORS or Confined Spaces (advantageous)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Full PPE
