Dove & Hawk is delighted to be partnering with one of East London's leading estate agencies to offer an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to join a thriving team based in Canary Wharf.They're on the lookout for a motivated and ambitious Senior Sales to elevate our services and drive success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Registering and qualifying buyers
- Conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Generating valuations and new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with vendors and applicants
- Progressing sales through to completion
- Delivering excellent customer service at all stages of the sales process
- Working towards and exceeding monthly targets
Requirments:
- Previous experience within residential property sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Target-driven and commercially minded
- Full UK driving licence
- Own vehicle essential
- Professional, motivated, and well-presented
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 Basic / £60K+ OTE Plus Milage
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm and every other Saturday.
