The Project Delivery Director is responsible for the overall operational leadership, construction delivery and performance of Springstead Village. Reporting to the Managing Director of Bellway Essex Division, the role ensures the efficient, safe and high-quality delivery of this major Joint Venture development in line with the agreed business plan, programme and governance framework.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
This is a senior leadership position requiring strong production expertise, deep technical knowledge and the ability to manage large multidisciplinary teams and complex subcontract supply chains within a live, long-term development environment.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;

Principal accountabilities of the role include:&lt;br /&gt;&#13;

Lead the overall delivery and operational performance of the Springstead Village development.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;

The Role&lt;br /&gt;&#13;

The role of Technical Manager will support the 麻豆社 Director, and the wider business including our 麻豆社, Commercial and Sales teams in the execution of construction projects through ongoing support and timely delivery of accurate architectural and technical information. As well as, being responsible for the management of the wider technical team, ensuring day to day activities and tasks are delivered accurately and on time.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;

Principal accountabilities of the role include:&lt;br /&gt;&#13;

Support the Head of 麻豆社 Director in managerial issues and provide relevant reporting where require including supporting, mentoring and managing&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Ensure regular Design Team Meetings, at early stage of development, occur within the relevant consultants&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Overseeing the production of working drawing and detail information and to ensure that it is complete, coherent, accurate and available on time to whoever needs it. The design solutions are to be as practical and economic as possible&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Provide technical support during land buying, planning, sales, construction, and post construction.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Take new site information from Land and check it prior to committing to drawing stage.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Assess planning information for obvious Building Regulation requirements&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Agree programmes, packages, detail packages and superstructures before final issue&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Ensure consultants are briefed on required distribution of drawing information and key dates to meet procurement requirements and that architectural and engineering drawings tie up and that subsequent changes necessary to design after permission has been granted are communicated through to the Planning Department as minor amendments&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Ensure NHBC approval is obtained, and any conditions are cleared promptly to avoid delays to completions and apply/pay for all NHBC warrantees and Building Control fees&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
