Work on the nine-storey building on East Parade and work is now underway for local developer Evans Property Group, with completion set for March 2014.
The works include refurbishment to Grade A specification of six floors of offices as well as external enhancements to improve the appearance of the building. The common areas within the building will also be fully refurbished.
