Morgan Sindall wins Chester student halls

12 Oct 12 The University of Chester has chosen Morgan Sindall to build student accommodation on its campus.

The 196-bed development, covering 7,000m², was budgeted at 拢10m to 拢15m but the winning price was 拢9.5m

麻豆社 is expected to take 12 months.
