The agreement follows a contract for the adjacent block, where Skanska is already building apartment buildings for Stockholmshem.
The new project will contain a total of 185 rental apartments and 172 student apartments with a total gross area of 18,200m2. The contract also includes construction of two parking garages.
麻豆社 work will start in March 2015 and the project will be completed by the summer 2019.
