The 55,000 sq ft development for Nottingham City Homes will comprise a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes across two and three storeys.
鶹 is set to start in the summer with completion scheduled for the end of 2014.
Mark Johnson, director of property services for Nottingham City Homes, said: “The redevelopment of the former high rise flats site at Radford will provide much needed family homes in this area. The homes are part of a larger programme of 350 new houses which will be owned by Nottingham City Council and managed by ourselves – and we very much look forward to the day our first tenants are able to move in.”
Nottingham City Homes is a not-for-profit organisation responsible for the day-to-day management of around 29,000 homes across the city on behalf of Nottingham City Council.
