The construction companies will help the council add 600 new homes to its housing stock, of which approximately 400 will be specialist and supported housing and 200 will be general needs housing.
The chosen eight, selected from a field of 14 bidders, are:

- Cruden 麻豆社
- PLP 麻豆社
- M&Y Maintenance and 麻豆社
- Galliford Try Partnerships
- Willmott Partnership Homes
- Rosslee 麻豆社
