Serrano joins Woodalls with more than 23 years鈥� experience leading large-scale workplace, retail, hospitality, and life sciences projects across Europe. Her appointment will focus on scaling Woodalls鈥� European construction operations, building delivery consistency across multiple territories, and supporting the company鈥檚 growing portfolio of international clients.
She has previously held senior leadership roles at Unispace and ISG, where she led multidisciplinary delivery teams across France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Throughout her career she has delivered projects for major international brands including Cartier, Herm猫s, Blackstone, Pfizer, Boston Scientific, and Nike.
Among her flagship projects are Deutsche Bank鈥檚 10,000 sq m Paris headquarters fit out and the delivery of Louis Vuitton鈥檚 flagship Avenue Montaigne store in Paris.
