This notice amends the previously published Tender Notice 037458-2026 dated 24 April 2026 for the Purchase of Energy on behalf of Liverpool Experience Campus Ltd (TT000154).
The following changes have been made:
Submission deadline extended to 8 June 2026 at 17:00 to allow adequate time for tenderers to review the materially updated Version 2 tender documents.
Version 2 tender documents issued. These represent a significant update to the original pack incorporating market feedback received during the clarification period, updated approval and execution mechanics aligned with current market operating models, sleeve-in provision for pre-executed trades, shape premia disclosure requirements, MHHS compliance requirements, and a structured extension option mechanism.
Contract term confirmed as 36 months base term commencing 1 January 2028 and expiring 31 December 2030, with an extension option of up to 24 further months at the sole discretion of the Authority, taking the maximum potential duration to 31 December 2032.
Estimated maximum contract value confirmed at 拢11,852,500 excluding VAT inclusive of the extension option.
Eligibility restricted to organisations holding a current Ofgem supply licence for the relevant fuel. Licence status will be verified prior to evaluation.
All other terms of the original notice remain unchanged.

Description
Liverpool Experience Campus Ltd is seeking to appoint an energy supplier to deliver electricity and gas to its campus at Kings Dock, Liverpool Waterfront under a MultiPurchase tranche-based procurement model, commencing 1 January 2028. The contract will be managed in line with the Authority's Net Zero 2030 commitment, its certified carbon neutral campus status, and its sustainability obligations as a member of isla and a signatory of the Net Zero Carbon Events pledge. The supplier will operate on a strictly advisory-only basis, with all fixing decisions remaining with the Authority. The procurement is conducted under the Competitive Flexible Procedure in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023.
