Description
Home Group is seeking a contractor for void clearances and associated services for properties in the North East region.
Total value (estimated)
- 拢1,500,000 excluding VAT
- 拢1,800,000 including VAT

Description of possible extension:
If Home Group wish to extend the services a 12 month extension will be issued at least 30 days prior to the end of the original end date of the contract.
