Scope

Description

The Crown Estate is procuring various multidisciplinary consultancy services to support London and Regional Capital Projects.

The services will be split in to 4 x Lots and Sub-Lots dependent on services and or location:

Lot 1: Project Managers

Lot 2: Architecture

Lot 3: Multidisciplinary Design and Engineering: Civil & Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, Fire Engineering, Sustainability, Acoustics and Specialist Lighting

Lot 4: Other Consultancy Services: Cost Consulting, Building Control, Measured Surveys, Asbestos Surveys

Framework operation description

Through the procurement process, we will request relevant pricing through the ITT stage whereby those rates upon contract award, will be written into the framework agreement as a ceiling cost. The expectation is that mini competitions will be run for all services required over £135K in order to gain competitive tension and be evaluated against quality and cost, with the most advantageous supplier being contract awarded.
