The commercial split will be 50% price, 45% on Quality and 5% for Social Value.
The scoring methodology for the quality questions will be a 0 - 5 scoring mechanism.
The quality questions will consist of four questions:
1) Delivery of Specification, weighting 20%
2) Project Team, weighting 15%
3) Programme, weighting 10%
4) H&S Accreditation Pass/Fail
