Scope
Description
Invitation to tender for the renovation of Parkfield Pavilion in Ruskington; to incorporate a caf茅 and overflow carpark.
Works include but are not limited to reconfiguring the building layout, removing showers, installing accessible facilities, new windows and doors, new kitchen, outside seating and additional carparking facilities.
