Description
Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) is procuring architectural services to support the redevelopment of a number of existing residential sites as part of the wider Wythenshawe Regeneration Programme. The commission will involve appraisal, design development and progression of proposals for residential鈥憀ed redevelopment, with the potential for services to extend into later delivery stages.

Technical ability conditions of participation
WCHG wish to appoint an experienced architectural practice to provide architectural services for the anticipated redevelopment of the Option Appraisal sites. We currently envisage that the appointment will be for all RIBA Stages with contractual break clauses after each stage. The initial stage of work will be for RIBA Stages 1 and 2.

Wythenshawe Community Housing Group is conducting this procurement using the Competitive Flexible Procedure in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023.
Stage 1 will comprise an open Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) used to shortlist suppliers. Mandatory requirements will be assessed on a pass/fail basis and shortlisted suppliers will be selected based on scored qualitative criteria assessing experience and capability.
Wythenshawe Community Housing Group intends to shortlist up to four (4) suppliers to progress to Stage 2. The contracting authority reserves the right to shortlist fewer than four suppliers where this is justified by the quality of responses.
Stage 2 will involve the submission of design and methodology proposals, a structured interview, and consideration of fee proposals. Participation at Stage 2 will be supported by a fixed financial contribution. Further information will be issued to shortlisted suppliers only.
