This Tender Notice relates to a successive framework within an open framework scheme established under section 49 of the Procurement Act 2023. It is linked to the original UK4 Tender Notice which established the open framework scheme, together with the associated UK6 Contract Award Notice and UK7 Contract Details Notice for the existing framework awards. This notice advertises a re鈥憃pening of the open framework scheme to provide the opportunity to appoint additional suppliers on substantially the same terms, in accordance with section 49 PA 2023 to a successive framework.
