The contract involves the supply and installation of floor coverings to Domestic properties on the Housing Responsive Repairs and Voids Contract.

Each lot will be awarded to one contractor.

Award criteria

Contractors will be required to pass the minimum quality threshold (60%), following this contractors will then be evaluated solely on price (100%). Contractors will be asked to rank their preference of lots as part of the tender schedule.

The highest-ranked contractor will be awarded their preferred lot. The next available lot will then be awarded to the contractor ranked second in the evaluation.
