Description
Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) is looking to appoint a Contractor to demolish a block of flats and associated garages. The location for the works is Springfield Flats, Garden Road, Rhosddu, Wrexham, LL11 2PA. The site is near a number of occupied buildings.
The Contracted Work will last for approximately 12 weeks and will be let under JCT Minor Works, with an estimated commencement date of 03/08/2026.
