One Stop Sealing provides a sub-contract profiling service to a wide range of industrial sectors, including precision engineering, specialised OEMs, general fabrication, repair and maintenance contractors, as well as architectural sectors such as ceramics suppliers and installers, stone masons, kitchen designers and sign manufacturers.

We cut virtually any material including hardened steels, stainless steels, brittle materials such as glass, marble or ceramic, laminates, flammable materials and composite materials.

We are able to cut reflective materials such as polished copper or aluminium. Water jet cutting is more accurate than laser cutting, cheaper and quicker than CNC profile milling or wire erosion. We are able to cut very thin or very thick materials (up to 300mm) with no heat affected zones or mechanical stresses created. Fast set up & programming times with minimal material wastage due to the small cutting jet
