At Timloc we have been producing pre-formed cavity trays, ventilation systems, access products and other polymeric building components since the 1970s. We have a wealth of experience in providing effective and economic solutions to the problems of building construction, particularly in relation to damp proofing and ventilation. We design and manufacture reliable, user friendly, quality products to meet these needs.

Timloc produce a range of high quality access panels in both plastic and metal, available in a standard range or purpose-made to order, Plastic access panels are available in a range of sizes to suit most applications along with metal access panels that are available in standard or even custom sizes to suit a vast array of applications.

An acknowledged leader in the field of abutment cavity tray manufacturing and design with a strong experienced team both in-house and on-site, providing cavity tray technical advice, free design and plot-specific cavity tray scheduling. Timloc offers a fully comprehensive range of pre-formed cavity trays for all applications, both as standard products and purpose-made.

Timloc cavity trays can be provided in several forms - with or without lead attachment, for pitch roof abutments, lean too and flat roof abutments. Some customer's prefer to install the cavity trays on their own, leaving it to following trades to fix the lead flashings. Others see the benefits of having the lead attached (factory fitted), with the advantages of assured quality, site productivity, elimination of waste, known costs and profiled exactly to suit the roof pitch.
